Authority Is a Trust, Not a Trophy
The moment leadership becomes about you, it has already failed. Every hadith on leadership begins with warning. The Prophet ﷺ said: 'Each of you is a shepherd, and each is responsible for his flock.' Not a king. Not a CEO. A shepherd — someone who eats after his animals, sleeps light so they can rest, and walks with them, not ahead of them.
